Finding Your Own Chronic Pain Management Methods

  4. Aberrant drug-related behaviors: This refers to the careful use of medications to prevent misuse or dependency.


Keeping these four areas in mind helped me and my healthcare team create a balanced plan. It’s not just about dulling the pain but improving my overall quality of life.
